In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire booked period will be charged.

Cancellation policy:
  • The right of cancellation according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply!
    (up to 3 months before arrival date - no cancellation fee
  • up to 1 month before arrival date - 40% of the total price,
  • until 1 week before the arrival date - 70%
  • and in the last week and in case of "no show" 90% of the total price)
Travel Cancellation Insurance:

Because something can always happen: In addition to cancellation insurance, Hotelstorno Plus offers additional help and support around your hotel stay up to 31 days - for example, in the event of trip interruption, an involuntary vacation extension and a mountain emergency. Especially for the coverage of your hotel stay we therefore recommend the Hotel Cancellation Plus (incl. free Covid coverage).

We will be happy to take out the insurance for you.

Breakfast delivery service:

To make your vacation as relaxed as possible, you are welcome to use our breakfast delivery service.


Depending on the apartment a final cleaning between 70,00-90,00 € will be charged. If you wish an intermediate cleaning of your vacation apartment or a laundry service, this is of course possible for an extra charge.
